How soon does it ship?

Most orders ship from our warehouse the next business day unless otherwise noted. Add the item to your cart to see shipping cost and any tax.

Can I return it?

Most items can be returned within 30 days of your order date if they are unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. Email us for return instructions first, and make sure the item reaches our warehouse within those 30 days. A 15% restocking fee applies unless the item is defective or the mistake was ours. Special orders and items marked No Return can't be returned. Full return policy.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

Many items do. When this one has them, the price breaks are listed with the price above, and the price updates as you change the quantity. Need a larger quantity than we show? Ask us.

Your prices are so good, is it new?

Yes. This item is new and in its original Imperial packaging unless the description above says otherwise.

OEM or aftermarket?

An OEM part is made by, or for, the company that built the vehicle and carries their branding. An aftermarket part is made by another manufacturer to fit the same application, usually for less. Quality runs from below OEM to above it depending on the brand, so the name on the box matters more than the label.

Why is this product not cheaper?

The maker of this part sets the lowest price a seller is allowed to advertise, which is called MAP, or minimum advertised price. It does not stop us selling it for less, only from printing that figure. Ask us for a quantity price.
